Q1. Is there a minimum order value? 

A. There is no minimum order, we are happy to be flexible with your budget.

Q2. Which payment methods are accepted?

A. Our preferred payment method is a Purchase Order from an approved customer. We also accept major credit cards based in the USA only. Non-USA customers will need to pay in advance. We can accept L/C at an additional cost. 

Q3. Which currencies are accepted?

A. We only accept payment in USD. 

Q4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

A. It can take between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the order. We will work with your timeline as necessary.

Q5. What is your warranty policy?

A. Every product has a warranty for one year from the date of shipment for any manufacturing defect. During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, depending on the situation, the defective instrument free of cost. After the warranty period, we can provide repair service at an additional cost.
