A. You can have the pricing by requesting the same via email or Fax. Email is preferred as it is fast, clear and easier to process. While asking for a quote please do mention the quantity, destination/port and mode of shipment.

Q. What is the minimum order that you ship ?
A. There is no minimum order limit. Appropriate shipping charges will apply.

Q. What is the approximate cost of shipping ?
A. The shipping costs depend on mode of shipment (overnight, 2nd day air, ground etc), destination and gross weight. Actual shipping and insurance charges will be provided in the quote.

Q. What kind of packaging is employed ?
A. Each item is packed in recyclable polythene or polypropylene bags and put in a sturdy cardboard carton made from high quality Craft paper strengthened by corrugation. These cartons are then placed in air/sea worthy outers (cases/cartons) of appropriate strength/ ply. The Outer is stripped from all sides using corner reinforcing bends to prevent damages from shocks and accidental falling. Sufficient cushioning with Styrofoam (balls/flakes/sheets) and paper cutting is filled wherever required to save from any damage. Outside the outer carton, waterproof stretch film wrapping is done for protection from dampness and bursting. Appropriate tests such as drop test are conducted periodically to test the quality of cartons and packaging material to ascertain the damage free delivery of the goods.

A. Please call for details. For established vendors we accept Purchase Orders, else payments by credit card is accepted also.

A. Lead times depend on the product. The lead time will be shared in the product quote.

Q. What warranty I get on Silicon Valley Science Labs Products ?
A. Every SVS Labs product has a warranty for one year from the date of shipment against any manufacturing defect. During the warranty period we undertake to repair or replace, as found suitable, the defective instrument free of cost. The customer needs to follow the RMA process. Extended warranty is available after first year of purchase.
